As some of you may already know, Middle School is synonymous with transition. The move from elementary school to middle school encompasses a great deal of change. These years are some of the most important in terms of growth and development.
This time of transition evokes a wide variety of emotions, behaviors, and concerns for both young adolescents and their parents. By having supportive parents/caregivers, our children will be able to finish these years stronger academically, socially and emotionally.
As a school, we look forward to working together as a team in the planning and implementing of strategies that will directly address students’ concerns and ease the transition to middle school and provide children with a foundation for success in school and life.
“It is not what you do for your children, but what you have taught them to do for themselves that will make them successful human beings.” -- Ann Landers
